Bullas Bears BOM coming in February!

I  am pleased to announce that my Bullas Bears BOM  will be starting next month in 

The Quilt Pattern Magazine. This quilt features the art of internationally famous watercolorist, Will Bullas.

This is the first block – The Joy Bearer.

Here is my quilt adaptation.

 

I will show the finished quilt later this week.

These bears are so great and they each have a personality all their own. You will have so much fun making this quilt. The pattern tester loved it!

Pattern Pastiche – The Quilt Pattern Magazine's social network will offer a workshop on the Bullas Bears and I will be the host. If you have any questions, I will be available to answer them and I am hoping that you will share the pictures of your bear blocks.

The Bullas Bears BOM will run from February 2013 through November 2013 and by next Christmas you will have a beautiful holiday quilt!

Because this quilt is so unique, I used the Bali Hand-dyed Watercolors  - Style #1895 from HoffmanFabrics. I am delighted to announce that Cookie Martyn at Batiks Plus will be offering the Fabric Kits. She has all these wonderful fabrics ready for you.

There are speciality threads as well and Kreinik Threads has been kind enough to make a thread kit just for this quilt!
